We need advice on how to better provide 1:1 communications
We aren’t able to identify where we can make more revenue as a business
We need advice on how to improve the customer experience
We aren’t able to effectively manage our suppliers
Our marketing team does not have capabilities to deliver 1 to 1 communications
We need to identify where we can make more revenue so need to be able to access our data
We are worried that we will start to lose customers if we don’t improve the customer experience
We struggle to manage our suppliers as our CRM does not have all the data we need on stock and sales
Our data is in silos. I can’t see where we can make more revenue.
Our customer experience is disjointed, and I am worried we are losing customers.
