We would like to welcome a brand new member to our team – Tom Bassett. Tom is our new Salesforce Consultant with a particular interest in Financial Services Cloud and Experience Cloud! 

We caught up with Tom to learn about his passions, his experience and his hobbies.

Hey Tom, so tell us a little bit about yourself!

I’m a 14 x Certified Salesforce Application Architect and 2 x DocuSign Certified! I feel like I fit the definition of a true trailblazer and am based in East London.

What is your experience as a Salesforce Consultant?

I’ve had a number of roles working with Salesforce initially starting as an Administrator and then taking on various Consulting roles. 

I have worked largely with the Financial Services Sector with a particular soft spot for Financial Services Cloud and Experience Cloud. 

I really enjoy working with Sales and Service Cloud as my ‘bread and butter’ to watch the transformation journey from initial concept to fully built out solution.

What attracted you to working in Salesforce?

Salesforce by its nature is constantly evolving and I like to think I’m the same! With 3 releases each year and the ability to customise the platform to your exact requirements I truly feel it’s the best CRM around.

What interested you most about Trigg Digital?

The biggest draw to the role with Trigg Digital is the team. There is a wealth of knowledge to help me to develop further and within my first few days I feel like I’m already part of the family.

Finally, what do you like doing in your spare time?

In my spare time I don’t get away from Salesforce very much as a guest poster on Salesforce Ben and a Salesforce Answers leader on the Trailblazer Community.
