We would like to welcome a brand new member of our team – Hannah Byrne. Hannah will be joining us as our brand new account executive. With a wealth of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, Hannah has experience in a wide range of industries from Retail to the Public Sector.

I caught up with Hannah to learn about her passions, her experience and her hobbies.

Hey Hannah, so tell us a little bit about yourself!

Hi! My name is Hannah and I have been working within the Salesforce ecosystem for 6 years, 5 of those being within a Global Salesforce consulting practice. Throughout those years I’ve had a few different roles as both an individual contributor and as a people manager.

What is your experience as an Account Executive?

I have been working in sales through my whole career. Starting off as a BDR and working my way around to inside sales manager and then account executive. Over the last 6 years I have covered many different industries including Retail, HCLS and Public Sector which has helped massively in my understanding of different customer needs.

What attracted you to working with Salesforce?

I originally used Salesforce during a year long work placement back in Ireland, which is where the interest started and then once I was going to finish my degree I wanted to be a part of a growing industry that was doing some really interesting things, and every year there are new acquisitions, products, developments etc that keep the job really interesting!

What interested you most about Trigg Digital?

Trigg seemed like a really interesting growing company and I was looking for a very agile and collaborative environment. After speaking to some members of the team during my interview stages, I found that I was meeting a lot of really interesting people with different backgrounds in both life and work which made me feel like I could be working with a really fab group of people!

Finally, what do you like doing in your spare time?

Well lockdown has turned me into a bit of an amateur carpenter, I’ve now made outdoor furniture, tables chairs coffee tables etc, with my proudest creation being the addition of a bar in the basement of our house, no visitors yet but here’s hoping we will be able to christen it soon with friends and family
