What is more exciting than new features on our favourite marketing platform? The platform continues to develop over time. These improvements result in the best possible solution for your marketing needs! 

Well, we have great news and are excited to share it with you. Here are the latest June 2021 features!

Salesforce CDP Enhancements 

 

Let’s start with Salesforce CDP, a complete view of every individual, with the new enhancements that takes personalization to a whole other level.

The drag and drop tool makes it user friendly enabling you to build smarter audience segments and a complete view of your customers. You can also enable personalization anywhere, enabling you to examine and link each customer’s engagement behaviour, allowing you to make adjustments for your marketing efforts! 

Interaction studio integration:

A 1-1 personalization approach of customers, which will allow you to understand their needs and act in real time. For example, you’ve noticed a behaviour from your customer, where they constantly check out similar products, this is the opportunity to send them a special offer, where it will inspire them to take action.

Datorama Reports for Marketing Cloud – Advanced

 

An upgraded version of the Datorama Reports includes analytics and reporting tools for Marketing Cloud Email, Mobile and Journey builder. 

The marketer-friendly dashboard tools enable the showcase of data, custom KPIs, attributes and measurements. Unlock cross-channel marketing data to four ready-made apps. 

New features include: 

  • Dashboard Customization allows you to add your branding, with the drag and drop design tools or the pre-built dashboard. Therefore keeping consistent your brand and message to internal teams and clients. 
  • Customize metrics and capture explicit attribute data, updating them in real-time. Want to look at the performance for a specific send? Thanks to Datorama’s built-in querying and exporting tools, you can create your own queries or choose one of the pre-built queries which saves you time and effort.
  • Comes with four incredible apps which can get you started with the cross-channel use case, with easy setup, creating a suitable dashboard for all your needs. Our favourite is the ‘Email to Web Conversion’ App because it connects our email data to web data, and with a few clicks we have a complete dashboard to help optimize our conversion rate.

Accounts as Campaign Members

 

You can now increase prospecting efficiency with the ability to add accounts to campaigns as campaign members. Directly target accounts with campaigns, even if there are no contacts for the account. 

With this feature, you can now increase Contacts Per Account, execute ABM Campaigns and Report on Account-Based Results. Therefore minimising the requirement for technical teams to build segments using SQL to target contacts associated with accounts. 

Advertising Studio Enhancements

 

Marketing 1-1 driven advertising engine now allows you to leverage your data to create personalised advertising audiences for Snapchat, the global multimedia app. Create personalized advertising audiences to reach customers and prospects at the right moment with the right offer. 

Advertising Studio integration with Snapchat:

Connect with your existing customer by retargeting, suppressing, or growing your customers with lookalike loyal audiences. This will also reduce wasted ad spend by connecting with high engagement or excluding certain customers.

Datorama – Audience Insights for Advertising Studio App: 

By connecting Advertising Studio first-party audience data, you can view performance across your activation channels and see which audience activations are having the most impact on your KPIs over time.

In conclusion, the June 2021 release provides a lot of new Marketing Cloud features that make it less complex and more straightforward, whilst focusing on customers needs and engagement.
