We would like to welcome a brand new member to our team – Ryan Scott. Ryan is our new project manager and has in-depth experience at curating Salesforce projects for consultancies big and small. Outside of his strong Salesforce skills, Ryan also excels as an orator and motivator. As such, he is an exciting addition to our quickly growing team.
I caught up with Ryan to learn about his passions, his experience and his hobbies.
Hey Ryan, so tell us a little bit about yourself!
I am a South London-living project manager who lets his personality leak into everything. We are all human after all. I approach any project I work on like a big game of chess. I love keeping morale up, making people feel welcomed and making sure everyone is having fun. This has even led to me once being described as the “Energizer Bunny” by an old boss of mine.
What is your experience as an Salesforce Project Manager?
I started by finding out that Salesforce is a company… and that’s it. Building my knowledge up in a small consultancy that grew from silver to platinum and eventually transitioned from being a consultant to being a full time project manager.
What attracted you to working with Salesforce?
Salesforce is so vast and can solve so many problems that very few people can know EVERYTHING about it. Bringing subject matter experts together to all collaboratively help each other and clients succeed is such a great feeling. Plus Salesforce as a company takes its CSR very seriously which is amazing for all of us.
What interested you most about Trigg Digital?
A glaringly positive review from a friend that worked here as well as the size and velocity of Trigg. At this size you can get to know everyone and every day brings an exciting new challenge. I am excited to help Trigg grow into the goliath we all know it can be.
Finally, what do you like doing in your spare time?
I play a lot of video games and am very integrated into geek culture. I sing in an 800 person strong choir called Some Voices. I also co-host on a Podcast called “Slash Dupe” and am part of a D&D collective, “Total Party Win”, that streams our games on a Monday called “Blood & Song”.
Thanks Ryan!
